/usr/src/UPDATING only adds new entries to describe "unusual
issues" that you need to be careful about for when updating
from "before" a given date to "after" that date.
Very little has changed in the 4-STABLE branch since 4.11 was
released, and nothing has been changed which people need
special updating instructions for.
