As others have pointed out it's traceroute.
apropos may help the next time you're looking for a command:
$ apropos route | grep trace
traceroute(8) - print the route packets take to network host
traceroute6(8) - print the route IPv6 packets will take to a network node
The you can:
$ man 8 traceroute
--
