RELENG_6 upgrade from RELENG_5

Do "locate UPDATING" if you don't know where it's kept (src) and so
then look at  http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/UPDATING
and click on the left-most link and then the upper-left-most link.
