Tcp to IP?

I would like to change all packets on my cuaa0 line to IP packets only. RIght now im sending TCP headers. What should I do to change that line to IP headers only? Thanks in advance. Im almost starting to like FreeBSD/Linux. I guess the windows worm is wearing off. hehe
