This problem is already discussed in stable at . It worked for me.

If you are really in a hurry, do the following:

	% cd $PORTSDIR/editors/vim
	% make patch
	% rm -rf work/vim62/src/po
	% make build
	%

However, due to the nature of the error (missing src/po/Makefile), you
might want to await for a few days for repair.
