There's no need to set up anything on the FreeBSD box as far as the VPN is
concerned.  It just wants to route through the LinkSys box which knows
about the VPN tunnels.  You do need to configure Samba to broadcast to the
remote machine in the global section (swat is your friend here as it has
excellent on-line help for the Samba configuration).
