auto nice deamon (and port)

dear list

i have been using AND on 4.7, 4.8 and 4.9 with success (aka everything works
as wanted)
but with the whole 5.x series the same setup (aka same configuration) do not
work ... it doesn't renice anymore

has anyone used AND under 5.x?
