if_bfe for 4.8 (broadcam bcm4401)

Hi,

I've tried BCM4401 driver back-ported (not MFC'ed) for 4.9 from:

I can build, install, load. And devices probed. But it segfaults in
any network action(notably dhclient, ifconfig).

Anybody use this driver or bug reported? My platform is ftp-installed 4.9R.
