kdelibs3 configure script reports LibXext error

pkg_which on

/usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.a, /usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.so, /usr/X11R6/lib/libXext.so.6

all give:

XFree86-libraries-4.3.0_6

Is this the same for you?  Depending on your answer, portupgrade -f 
XFree86-libraries might help.
