You have a port installed that still wants to use gettext-0.12.x and you 
have upgraded to 0.13.1 but didn't rebuild all of the ports that used 
gettext like you needed to. You have to rebuild everything that uses 
gettext or you will see messages about "libintl.so.4" not found".
