You are missing
# atkbdc0 controls both the keyboard and the PS/2 mouse
device atkbdc # AT keyboard controller
As already replied to you yet you seem to have reposted the error. If you are unsure on how kernels are built
use GENERIC and hash out what you dont need instead of emptying unwanted stuff which maybe required by you in
the future. Its a safer practice cuz the options are right there whether you use them or not. You have gotten into a fine mess this way
