in fact some, if not many, websites require version 6 of macromedia flash 
player. thats why i pointed jason to the linuxpluginwrapper port, which has a 
depedency on the linux-flashplugin6 port.  

flashpluginwrapper port's dependency points to the linux-flashplugin port, 
which installs version 5 of macromedia flashplayer only.

possibly the handbook should refer to linuxpluginwrapper as an alternative to 
the flashpluginwrapper port.
