screen size on Inspiron 8200

Please respond to my email address as I am not subscribed to a newsgroup.  I was subscribed until I started getting tons of SPAM.

I have a Dell Inspiron 8200 with a 32 MB Nvidia GeForce2 Go video card.  I have FreeBsd 5.1 loaded.  I am not able to get  the screen size to 1600x1200.  The max size that I can get is 1024x768 and this takes up only a portion of the screen.  I would like to make use of my full screen. I have tried everything I know in the XF86 configuration file to no avail and it getting quite annoying.  Please Help!!!
