php & postgresql error - howto?

Hi people!
Can I get some help from you? 
At once I want to tell sorry for this question.
So, I have got the error when I'm trying to insert data from php variable into db table. It gives me error like:
You have not permission to increase the index key of db (tablename.fieldname). But I have permission for user www.
It was like this GRANT ALL on News to www;
Help me please.
