Installation Problem.

I don't know if i can help or not, but no one else seem to have
responded. You could try a couple of things: 1) Download the kern.flp of
another 4.x (4.5) version. 2) Check the Hardware Notes (and compare the
atapci) and Errata. I don't know what else you could do.
