console server

Hi all

I have question to setup the console server

I got the doc from http://www.itga.com.au/~gnb/console/
but it seems to apply to the card Stallion Technologies: cuaE0

I only want to set up it with four com ports (one PCI card with 2 com ports)
and the com port is to connect to another PCs' com port with null modem 
cable

What is the easy way to set it up?
