Make XFree86-4-Server => can't fetch Wraphelp.c

In the latest version of the port (and for at least quite a while
now), Wraphelp.c comes from Wraphelp2.gz, which exists in 
ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/local-distfiles/anholt/.
