Permission denied messages from named

I have a bind8 DNS running that I'm getting the following messages out of.
It appears I have permissions set wrong somewhere but I do not know 
where because it does not give me a path name.
AFAIK, /etc/named has always been owned by root:wheel.  Thus, I'm 
assuming these files are supposed to go somewhere else.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.  I'm not really a bind expert.  I 
included everything I could think of that could be of interest.
