FreeBSD - Radius Merge Lookup Append File Question

Hi,

I need some assistance to do a lookup from a Textfile of active users, and
then remove the "Non-Active" users (non listed users in Textfile) and
associated info, from the Radius USERS file.

Cistron Radius Daemon

server# radiusd -v
radiusd: RADIUS version 1.6.6 06-Feb-2002
Compilation flags:  NOSHADOW ATTRIB_NMC COMPAT_1543

and example of the USERS file:
server# tail -n 10 /usr/local/etc/raddb/users

        Framed-Routing = Broadcast,
        Framed-MTU = 1500

apple   Password = "mac", NAS-Port-Type = Async
        Service-Type = Framed-User,
        Framed-Protocol = PPP,
        Framed-IP-Address = 255.255.255.254,
        Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
        Framed-Routing = Broadcast,
        Framed-MTU = 1500

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
