Mouse wheel Not working in 5.0/5.1

Below is mine. - I suspect your issues my be either the proto, or the device.
FYI - I'm using a Logitec wheel via PS/2 port

Option "Protocol" "Auto"
Option "Device" "/dev/sysmouse"
Option "Buttons" "5"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
