On my machine with FreeBSD 4.4-RELEASE I was done next steps:
Edit /usr/local/etc/CVSUP.conf for next settings:
*default host=cvsup4.ru.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/var/cvsup
*default prefix=/var/cvsup
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4
*default delete use-rel-suffix
#*default compress
src-all
REM: "/var/cvsup" is selected because it (/var) has free space (3Gb).
# cd /var/cvsup/src
# make cleandir
# make cleandir
# cvsup -g -L 2 /usr/local/etc/CVSUP.conf
# script /var/log/mk_bworld.log
# make buildworld
# exit
"make buildworld" was fail with errors. Latest string in
/var/log/mk_bworld.log is:

/etc/make.conf is on http://www.nashe.ru/make.conf
Any ideas welcome...
