RAID, Vinum and different disksizes

Sorry, no.
On the other hand, if the first three were a concat plex, you *could* do it,
and you wouldn't even lose 50gb!
Your best bet is either:
a) mount the 170gb on /usr2 or something
b) backup the data on the raid5, restore to a concat
