I would like to know how to change my mtu settings for my modem. tun0


2) I have a ep0: <3Com 3C509B-TPO EtherLink III (PnP)>

it would not communicate with other hosts (via ping) unless i change ip 
addressess, and then set it back
i have this in my rc.conf
ifconfig_ep0="inet 192.168.0.200 netmask 0xffffffff"
