Yes. And then you should edit the host.name.of.machine.mc file, eg
# vi `hostname`.mc
> and then in my favorite editor, add the lines:

> then litterally:
> make
> make install-cf CF=neighborsunited.net
> sh /etc/rc.sendmail restart
I would use:
# make
# make install
# sh /etc/rc.sendmail restart
The CF= stuff is for really odd tweaks.
