adding second network card

I have seen this in my dmesg's ever since going to 4.7.  Even with GENERIC 
kernel.  I have seen a few other posts about this but no answers.  Does 
anyone know what this is ?  Is this debug output of some sort?
Machines still run just fine after getting this output.
