FTP on FreeBSD

I think when you install FBSD, you can have a option for anonymous ftp
server enabled.
If you already installed, you can invoke /stand/sysinstall menu, and enable
it from there.
If you don't want to use this menu driven method,
You can find the information from "man ftpd" command from FBSD box.
