Updating /usr/src after updating 4.7->4.8

cvsup is one of the most common ways.  You need to install it first.  See
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/cvsup.html

 here's my supfile:
*default host=cvsup12.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4_8
*default delete use-rel-suffix
*default compress
src-all

save it to a file called supfile and run it with
cvsup -g -L 2 supfile
