Just updated default python form 3.7 to 3.8 on my host with 236 ports dependent
from python on 12.2 amd64.
Only one multimedia/py-gstreamer1 fails to build - PR with patch waiting from
may of 2020: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=246574
