Following ports are false positives and are not related to Python 3.8:

- comms/py-lirc (was already set to expired and is gone now)
- mail/py-django-mailbox (issues with the makefile, fixed)
- www/py-django-advanced-filters (issues with the makefile, fixed)

The remaining ports (including biology/py-crossmap and math/sage) should be
fixed so another exp-run could be started.
