Following ports are false positives and are not related to Python 3.8:

- audio/bshapr-lv2 (intermittent build failures, fixed)
- audio/dragonfly-reverb-lv2 (missing dependency on shells/bash, fixed)
- audio/zrythm (missing dependency on shells/bash, fixed)
- databases/elixir-mongo (already broken for some time)
- net/nbdkit (missing dependency on shells/bash-completion, fixed)
- deskutils/sysctlview (missing header files, fixed)

All open PRs that were blockers are closed as well, therefore another exp-run
could be started.
