[patch] add back help for --authormapsuffix

The help info for 'hg help --authormapsuffix' (if FREEBSD option is on) got
dropped between attachment 214593 and attachment 215296.  I assume this was
accidental - it was probably somewhat hard for users to track the thread of
patches for this long lived PR.  Patch attached.
