For some reason, Sofian was never added to this PR, so it's unclear whether he
is even aware of it.

Sofian: I broke sabnzbdplus in quarterly, and this patch needs to be committed
to fix it. Can you look it over please? If you're unable to get to this soon
then I'll back out the commit in 250411.


Also, James: ${CP} shouldn't generally be used in any of the install phases.
Can you please change this to INSTALL_DATA or INSTALL_SCRIPT or whatever it
needs to be?
