Adriaan, Could you please attach a full build log of the failure, and provide
details on the exact port versions of python 2.7 and libressl. 

With python, the failure of certain modules is not fatal, but causes the
packaging list to change. The actual compilation error is further up in the
build log.

There is also an upstream bug [1] which solved an issue in multiple Python
branches to support libressl 2.7, so it would be interesting to see why/how
this issue is failing exactly.
