certbot binary broken on update to py27-certbot-0.31.0_1,1

Hi,

updating cerbot  as

Upgrade of py27-certbot-0.31.0,1 to py27-certbot-0.31.0_1,1 complete

leaves

/usr/local/bin/certbot-2.7

but no /usr/local/bin/certbot

(FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE)
