Due to incorrect -L argument order to the linker, python picks up libpython3.7m
from an old installed version of python, breaking the build. This is a critical
issue.

cc -pthread  -L/usr/local/lib  -fstack-protector    -Wl,--export-dynamic -o
Programs/_testembed Programs/_testembed.o -L. -lpython3.7m -ldl  -lutil   -lm
