This doen't work, but make FLAVOR=py37 or make USES='python:3.7 tar:xz' works
fine in my FreeBSD 11.1 environment. In databases/py-sqlite3/Makefile, USES is
set to 'python tar:xz'. 'make USES=python3.7' overrides it.
