Hello,

the attached patch updates py-request-toolbelt to 0.8.0.

Changes by upstream:
- New Feature: Add UserAgentBuilder to provide more control over generated
User-Agent strings.
- Bugfix: Include _validate_certificate in the lits of picked attributes on the
AppEngineAdapter.
- Bugfix: Fix backwards incompatibility in get_encodings_from_content

Changes to the port:
- changed PORTVERSION to DISTVERSION
- added LICENSE_FILE
- changed FLAVOR to PY_FLAVOR
- added NO_ARCH
