Testbuilds of netbox with those reassignments to django 1.11 are fine.

To be honest, I have no idea how those reassignments from django 1.8 to 1.11
relate to other ports. Can something break ? How would that be tested ?

I'll be traveling until sunday, so it has to wait a bit.
