poudriere build log file of php 7.1

Hi,

this has been going on for some time - maybe it's my options?
11.1-AMD64, ports as of 2017Q4.

I've attached the log file from my poudriere server.

I see that there is another (closed) PR and that it should work.

I have a bunch of other things that fail to compile with MariaDB 10.2.x but
py-MySQLdb is what bothers me the most.
