  [NEW PORT] devel/pyxb: Python XML schema bindings

  PyXB is a pure Python package that generates Python code for classes that
  correspond to data structures defined by XMLSchema. In concept it is similar
  to JAXB for Java and CodeSynthesis XSD for C++.
