textproc/py-markdown: Update to 2.6.8

Changelog
=========

*   Update to 2.6.8
*   Enable concurrent installs
*   Include devel/py-coverage in TEST_DEPENDS

QA
==

portlint: OK
poudriere: OK -- testport on 10.3-RELEASE-p14 w/py27 (default), py34, py35,
py36

Notes
=====

TEST_DEPENDS follows test-requirements.txt from the upstream distribution, and
coverage was previously omitted, I assume, because devel/py-coverage has been
>4.0 since r415825 (2016-05-25). However, the reason for the version cap was
for py32 support [0], which the ports tree lacks.

Speaking of TEST_DEPENDS (and do-test), I confess that don't actually know of a
good way to run the test target because poudriere doesn't yet integrate with it
[1]. Perhaps that maintainer will enlighten me.
