I'm a little confused. If it's not a bug in Python and expected behaviour, why
are changes being made in lang/python*? 

Is a ".if ${CC} == /nxb-bin/usr/bin/cc" block also required for every other
language port that expects/does/embeds the same?

Why doesn't the embedded compiler location/executable exist?
