Sphinx error logfile

Django 1.10.4 docs no longer build.

Sphinx 1.4.8 fails earlier and at different point then forthcoming 1.5.1
(#215311). Log for Sphinx 1.51 attached. Upstream tag 1.10.4 doesn't have this
issue with 1.4.6 Sphinx.
