Was this a fresh Python or server installation?
I see it is a recent 10.3-STABLE build, what was the previously working build
revision (and Python port version)?

Can you please also include the full build log as an attachment please, as well
as attachments for:

- pkg version -v output
- /etc/make.conf contents (sanitized if necessary)
