Requested changes:

 * Use CHEESESHOP (PyPi) for MASTER_SITES, unless Github has tests/testsuite
 * Rename to pybitcointools (See: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pybitcointools)
 * PORTVERSION is 1.1.15
 * LICENSE is MIT (See:

 * Sort USE_PYTHON values
 * Update COMMENT to match upstream (description=) See:

 * Package does not explicitly state Python 3 support. If this hasn't been
tested and confirmed to work with Python 3, set USES=python:2
