Enabling ports to be installed for different python versions

The port itself does not use PKGNAMEPREFIX/SUFFIX. Only i18n ones do
to indicate theirs language. I think that you ment that the port's files
had been installed to PYTHON_SITELIBDIR. I've just committed a change
at r324295 that changes the default destination to DATADIR.
