ports/154663: python26 doesn't build on 7.3 tinderbox amd64

I've removed ZFS from my 8.2-PRERELEASE system, updated the 7.3 jail, to 
no avail, python26 still doesn't build:

What's up with ossaudiodev that the 7.3 jail on 8.2-FreeBSD doesn't do 
that?  Does it require Python features, system library features, kernel 
features?
