Dear all,
thanks for the quick reply. Here the content of /etc/make.conf:

WITH_CUPS=YES
CUPS_OVERWRITE_BASE=YES
WITHOUT_LPR=YES
I am currently recompiling python and pyglet WITH_DEBUG as per
Dmitry's suggestion and will post the results ASAP.
