ports/105308 (devel/ply renaming)

Hi,

I'm working on ports/105307 that updates ply to latest version.
And maintainer requests a renaming for ply to py-ply to fit
our convention on python ports. I think these two PRs should be addressed
together. So, may I also grab ports/105308?
