Port request: PyLucene

Hello,

For the next release of net/penguintv-devel, the application needs
access to the module PyLucene:

	ImportError: No module named PyLucene

I've gone through the ports collection (well, a quick grep in the
INDEX) and couldn't find it.

I was wondering if somebody would volunteer to port it, then I'll
commit it. The website of it is:
